Seems like it would go after 2, though it isn't grammatical right it emphasizes the pause that you would insert when saying it. The sentance is just weird in particular.

I here you RPG. People who make typos must leave on a lonely aisle. I min they're typos are soooo annoying, the must be really board to do that. I can't bare the site of any more typos, they really need some spelling advise.
